During the registration for a specific Newsletter, the company (Lola's Artshop) adds your email address to a corresponding mailing list. Once we have stored your email address, we may be able to contact you via email. You could remove your email addressfrom our mailing lists if desired.

There are several ways to remove your email address from our mailing lists: Once your account is registered, simply sign in and unsubscribe from the profile newsletters. Use the "Delete" link in our newsletters. Alternately, send us an email at info@lola-e-artshop.gr. We could also use a third-party email service to send newsletters. Only our staff members can see the lists with email addresses and theyare the only ones who, upon request, will be able to remove your email address from the mailing lists.

Please note that the mailing lists are independent of each other. If you decide not to receive any newsletters, you will need to unsubscribe from all the mailing lists. However, even if you do so, you will still receive emails related to the account (such as order status alerts, password reset emails, etc.).

If you decide to discontinue the use of our online store and would like to remove your personal data from our database (or if you want to remove all your personal data associated with your account), please send us an email with your request at info@lola-e-artshop.gr

If you believe that your personal data has been misused, you have the right to file a complaint with the dpa.gr supervisory authority. We are subject to the EU's general data protection policy GDPR, to inform you of this right. Our company always intends to ensure the protection of your personal data.
